1. الطلبات والدفع | Orders & Payment
يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح، ويُباشر التنفيذ وفق ذلك.
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment and processed accordingly.
2. المقاسات والتنفيذ | Sizing & Production
تُنفّذ جميع القطع وفق المقاس المحدد عند الطلب، ولا تكون مؤهلة للاسترجاع أو التعديل بعد التأكيد.
All pieces are produced based on the selected size and are not eligible for return or modification once confirmed.
3. الشحن والتوصيل | Shipping & Delivery
تعتمد مدة التوصيل على نوع الطلب، وقد تختلف وفق ظروف التشغيل.
Delivery timelines depend on the order type and may vary based on operational conditions.
4. المسؤولية | Liability
لا تتحمل فياما مسؤولية أي تأخير ناتج عن شركات الشحن أو ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة.
Fiamma is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond control.
